6. Deliverables and Revisions

7. Intellectual Property Rights

BIM models, CAD drawings, design documentation, and engineering-related outputs are prepared according to the agreed scope and the information available at the time of production.
Unless expressly included in a written agreement, our services should not be interpreted as replacing statutory approvals, site verification, independent professional review, or the responsibilities of the project’s appointed architects, engineers, contractors, and other licensed professionals.
Before construction or implementation, the responsible project professionals must verify that deliverables meet applicable codes, regulations, specifications, and site conditions.
